<p>PURPOSE:To form a filter pattern having excellent resistance to light and heat and high accuracy by providing colored layers contg. specific red, green and blue dyes to the color filters of color photosensors, of which plural pieces are disposed in proximity to each other on an a-Si photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:The sensor unit is formed by forming the a-Si photoconductive layer 2 on a substrate 1, providing a spacing to constitute at least part of a photodetecting part on the same surface thereof, disposing a pair of electrodes 5 and 6 thereto and providing a color filter to the position corresponding to the photodetecting part. Plural pieces of such sensor units are disposed in proximity to each other by as much as the number of the color signals to be separated. Any among the following three kinds is used for the color filters of the above- described sensor unit: 1) A red dye layer 10 consisting essentially of the perylene tetracarboxylic acid deriv. expressed by the formula I or II. 2) A green dye layer 9 consisting of phthalocyanine (PC) dye or a combination of said dye and isoindolinone dye. 3) A blue dye layer 8 consisting of the PC dye or a combination of said dye and quinacridone dye. These filters have the good resistance to heat and light, can be made into a thin type and do not require an intermediate protective layer and therefore, good performance is obtd.</p> |
