PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect by an electric field and a magnetic field and to constitute a common transmission line by providing a photoconductive layer to a copper clad laminated board. CONSTITUTION:The titled transmitter is provided with the board P where a photoconductive part 6 is clipped with low refractive index parts 5 and a light is propagated through the photoconductive part while being reflected fully, electronic components 2, through-hole plating 3 and a solder resist layer 4. A caption 1 is a window for inputting/outputting an optical signal formed by making a hole to the full reflecting layer. Then an LED chip 8 of a transmission element LED7 is positioned in the photoconductive layer. Light scattering sections 9, 10 are provided around the LED7 and the light is scattered to prevent leakage of light exceeding the full reflection angle. A part of a plane of a photodetector is made coarse by eliminating a part of the full reflection low refractive index part 5 so as to lead the light in the photoconductive part 6 to a photo diode 11. |
