PURPOSE:To keep off the admission of harmonics from the input side of a magnetron, by making up it into such constitution that has a wave absorber and an insulating plate inside a heater box and sets up the wave absorber in space between a wall surface of the heater box and the insulating plate. CONSTITUTION:In a heater box 9, a wave absorber 19 is locked in position between an insulating box body 20 and this heater box 9. As material for the wave absorber, a dielectric and a mixed body of ferrite powder are used. Frequency, in which absorption capacity is most improved, is variable with grain size of the ferrite powder and thickness in the absorber. For example, separate wave absorbers in each resonance frequency being treble, quadruple and quintuple over a fundamental wave fo respectively are stuck to each wall surface of the heater box. As for the insulating box body 20, it is enough to be constituted of heat-proof resin, and even if the wave absorber is peeled off the heater box, this insulating box becomes a spacer, thus generation of a spark and the like are preventable. |
