Rail vehicle brake indicator, has hand wheel and bevel geared drive with indicator spindle and observation window. The brake unit, an indicator housing (6) in the vehicle walls. Hand wheel (2) has a drive shaft (3) bevel gear (7) engaging bevel gear (8) with indicator spindle (9) which supports a worm wheel inside housing (12). An indicator disc forming part of the worm wheel is divided in to sectors showing the various brake positions. |
