PURPOSE:To facilitate optical adjustment, by providing the holder of the leading end probe of an optical fiber so as to be revolvable around at least one axial line with respect to a base to drive the same in an adjustable manner. CONSTITUTION:In attaching the first and second beam transmitting probes 18-1, 18-2, which are provided to the leading ends of first and second optical fibers for receiving two split laser beams, and a beam receiving probe 24 to a base 34 by holders 36-1, 36-2, 36-3, a holder 36-2 is provided around the pin, which is pivotally mounted to brackets 44A, 44B fixed to the base 34, in a freely rotatable manner. Further, the holder 36-2 is energized by the pusher pin, which is provided to the hole of the base 34 in a freely protruded and retracted state by a spring, and an adjustment mechanism consisting of a knob and the spindle contacted with the base 34 is provided to the holder 36-2 in the side opposite to the pusher pin and a holder 36-3 is similarly attached to the base in a state movable to a Y-direction and the holder 36-1 is fixed directly. |
