PURPOSE:To enable cost down by performing surface hardening process by making the top face of a land of a synchronizer ring, a blast uneven face having predetermined surface roughness. CONSTITUTION:In a synchronizer ring 1 of a synchronous engaging device consisting of a link body 2 whose inside is made a conical face 3, the top face 6 of a land 5 has a blast uneven face 7 of a predetermined roughness. And surface hardening process 8 is performed on the blast uneven face 7. Then, cost down can be made without lowering wear and friction performance of the synchronizer ring.
