PURPOSE:To finish the surface of wood without contamination by performing compressive polishing on the surface of wood through rotation of roller. CONSTITUTION:A roller 2 is contacted with a wood 1 then pressure is applied to rotate the roller 2 through motor 3 with high speed 3. While the wood 1 is moved through wood moving roller 4 with low speed in the arrow direction 5. In such a manner, the surface of the wood is compressed and polished. When performing final finish through conventional planer, it is subjected to contamination and the dirt will permeat quickly but in this method, the surface of wood is treated by the friction produced through rotation of roller thus to improve the finish considerably. |
