PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically and stably perform the compensation of eccentricity at a high speed, by constituting an eccentricity compensation apparatus from an A/D conventer, a digital correction signal generator and a D/A converter to perform perfectly closed loop control. CONSTITUTION:An eccentric compensation apparatus is constituted of an A/D converter which is connected to the X- and Y- output terminal sides of a balance testing machine and samples the output analogue signal of a pick-up 2 to generate a digital signal, a digital correction signal generator 22 which consists of CPU25, RAM26 and ROM27 and constitutes a judge part and a correction coefficient generation part and a D/A converter which converts the digital signal to an analogue signal to generate a correction signal. By this constitution, perfectly closed loop control is performed and the eccentricity compensation of the measured value of a balance measuring machine can be automatically and rapidly performed only by once measuring the balance of a master work. |
