PURPOSE:To measure temperature of a subject with good infrared transmittivity or a subject in which gas with bad infrared transmittivity intervenes by one instruments from a temperature distribution image of the subject to be measured by a temperature signal corrected by detecting only infrared rays with optional wavelength. CONSTITUTION:The infrared rays from the subject 1 are introduced into an infrared detector 6 through a filter 5 which can change continuously an infrared transmission wavelength area via an optical system of a scanning mirror 2, a condenser 3, and a reflector 4. Then, a rotation driving mechanism 7 is operated by the commands of a controlling device 20 and the selected filter is located on an infrared optical path. A detecting signal of the detector 6 is sent to a temperature correcting circuit 12 via an amplifier 11, and an output signal of the detector 6 is corrected corresponding to the wavelength of the incident infrared rays of the detector 6 and supplied to a CRT16 via a linear riser 14 and a processing circuit 15. Thus, the temperature distribution image of the subject is obtained by the corrected temperature signal and even if the gas or the like with the bad infrared transmittivity intervenes, the temperature measurement is made possible by one instruments. |
