PURPOSE:To reduce a driving current, by mutually connecting the drain of an N-channel metal oxide film semiconductor and a plurality of P-channel metal oxide film semiconductors mutually connecting drains and using the output signals thereof as driving pulses. CONSTITUTION:P-channel metal oxide film semiconductors 21, 25 and 23, 26 of buffer are arranged so as to be connected to output OUT1 and output OUT2, and signals I1, I2 are respectively brought to Low, High at first to simultaneously turn the semiconductors 21, 25 ON while a motor driving current is flowed to an N-channel metal oxide film semiconductor 24 through a driving coil 31 to drive a stationary motor. Next, a signal I3 is brought to High to turn the semiconductors OFF to reduce a driving current and the timing of the signal I3 is properly selected to enable the driving of the motor by the min. power. |
