<p>PURPOSE:The curing time of urethane coating film on a substrate is remarkably shortened by coating a curing accelerator on an uncured urethane coating film on the substrate, and curing the film in a specified hot atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A urethane paint contg. isocyanate prepolymer is applied to a sliding surface contacting with glass of a base material such us rubber material for glass-run of an automobile. A filler is added to the paint compsn. in accordance with demand. Then, an amine or organotin catalyst for accelerating urethanating reaction is coated on the uncured coating film 1. The heating is executed using a heating means such as dryer, heating furnace, etc. at >=60 deg.C and <=100 deg.C for 30sec-5min. By this treatment, dispersion and penetration of the catalyst into the urethane coating film 1 are prompted, and reaction velocity of urethanation is increased.</p> |
