发明名称 ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTION APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the enhancement of efficiency, by arranging a large number of vibrators for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves on the same straight line within a probe and transmitting main beams from the vibrators to the respective leading end parts of flaws different in a depth supposed to be at the same position. CONSTITUTION:A large number of vibrators 31A-31D, 32A-32D are respectively arranged to the ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving probes 21, 23 constituting a probe and each of combinations of 31A and 32A, 31B and 32B... is constituted as one set to transmit and receive ultrasonic waves and the vibrators are arranged so that the incident angle of ultrasonic waves to an imaginary flaw is brought to about 45 deg.. The pulse signal from a pulser 45 is selectively transmitted to the vibrators 31A-31D through a switching circuit 43 and received by the vibrators 32A-32D in synchronous relation to transmission. The measured value of a flaw end part echo is stored in memory 67 by a peak detector 63 and a beam distance measuring device 65 and a flaw end part is calculated by main CPU47.
