摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an analysis result having high reproducibility by tracing a process in which a change at a boundary face between the gate of an FET sensor and a liquid to be measured attains equil. CONSTITUTION:The gate of the FET of whih the gate consists of a conductive body is used as a working electrode 1 and said FET is immersed together with a counter electrode 2 into the liquid 3 to be measured. the operator sets first the potential of the electrode 1 at the potential region where the electrolytic current electrode 1 at the potential region where the electrolytic current besed on the electrolysis of the dissolved material does not flow. Then the voltage impressing device 7 in common use as an electric pulse generator to the electrode 1 via the counter electrode 2 and after the potential of the electrode 1 is transferred instantaneously to the region of the potential where the electrolytic current by the dissolved material flows, the operator opens the switch 9. The attenuation of the drain current or the electrode potential of the gate of the FET sensor is thereupon measured, then the concn. of the dissolved material is determined by using the specific equation from the fact that the above-mentioned process lies in the process for tracing until the equil. value is attained and that the change thereof is the function of the concn. of the dissolved material in the liquid to be measured.
