摘要 PURPOSE:To measure an electrolyte and a chromogen in one liquid to be examined by porviding a suction flow passage through which an electrolyte measuring optimum liquid adjusted with a dispensing nozzle is supplied to an electrolyte measuring part and a chromogen measuring flow cell part. CONSTITUTION:Blood serum or plasma in a sample cup 33 on a turntable 32 is dispensed into a reagent vessel 21 in the first position 31 on a transporting means 2 by an examination piper 3. Meanwhile, a dispensing nozzle 4 is provided to face the second position in the transporting direction of the means 2, and an electrolyte measuring dilute liquid in a reagent tank 42 is charged into the reagent vessel 21 where the material to be exaimed which is dispensed in the first position. A suction flow passage 5 is placed at the rear of the dispensing nozzle 4 and is provided with a vertically movable suction nozzle, and the electrolyte measuring optimum liquid diluted with the electrolyte measuring dilute liquid is sucked and is supplied to an electrolyte measuring part 6 and a chromogen measuring flow cell part 7. Thus, the liquid diluted with the material to be examined which is used for measurement in the electrolyte measuring part is introduced to the chromogen measuring flow cell part 7 as it is.
