PURPOSE:To hold accurately dimensions of the gap between the front end of a detecting part body and a pinion by providing an end cover with a positioning step part, which is engaged with an L-shaped holder in the direction resisting the compressive reaction force of a rubber packing or the like which is applied to the holder, to simplify the attaching work. CONSTITUTION:A downward positioning step part 8b with which the upper end shoulder part of the vertical plate part 7a of an L-shaped holder 7 is brought into contact with each other and is engaged is formed on the outside surface of the end cover 8 of a main motor. That is, the step part 8b is formed on the end cover 8 in the direction resisting the compressive reaction force of an elastic body 10 such as the rubber packing or the like which is applied to the holder 7. Consequently, a detecting part body 6a of a speed detector 6 supported on a horizontal plate part 7b of the L-shaped holder 7 and a pinion 2 can be so attached that a gap X between the front end of the detecting part body 6a and the pinion 2 is preliminarily designated dimensions. Thus, it is unnecessary to press down the holder 7 when a bolt 9 is tightened, and the bolt tightening work is made easy. Further, dimensions of the gap X is always held accurately as designated. |
