PURPOSE:To permit an impregnating resin to be uniformly hardened with a reduced electric power, by forming a heater into a hollow oval substantially equal in shape to one turn of a coil conductor. CONSTITUTION:Iron heaters 10 substantially equal in shape to one turn of a coil conductor, i.e., having a hollow oval shape are attached to the upper and lower sides of a coil formed by inserting an interlayer insulator between coil conductors through insulators 9, respectively. Further, an upper patch 5a and a lower patch 5b are attached to the outsides of the heaters 10 through insulators 9, respectively. These are set on a press plate 6 and pieces 7 are placed on the upper patch 5a. Then, the field coil 3 and the heaters 10 are connected in series and supplied with a current to heat the former. The employment of the heaters 10 having the above shape allows a required part to be heated by a necessary amount, and the temperature variation in the field coil is reduced. Accordingly, an impregnating resin is uniformly hardened with a reduced power. |
