PURPOSE:To manufacture a crystal oscillator can having good adhesion of printing ink, by forming a matte state on the surface of Ni alloy material by barrel polishing, then forming a Ni plated layer on the surface by the electroless Ni plating. CONSTITUTION:The crystal oscillator can of Ni alloy as a raw material is degreased with ''Trichlene(R)'', washed, then matte state is formed on the surface by the barrel polishing. Then said can is washed, methanol washed, and dried with ''Trichlene(R)'', further degreased by alkali boiling. Next, said can is washed then pickled with aqueous HCl soln. to activate the surface, washed then subjected to electroless Ni plating, using high temp. bath, etc. contg. sodium hypophosphite as a reducing agent. Next, said can is washed, methanol washed and dried with ''Trichlene(R)'' then subjected to a prescribed stamping printing, to manufacture easily and inexpensively the captal oscillator can difficult in removal of printed ink and easy to be seen. |
