PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device, capable of reducing the waste of driving power by a small rotating part and making a mechanism small and light-weight, by bringing a rod material or a pipe material having an inserted mandrel into internal contact with >=3 rotating hollow-tool parts which are in a state of eccentrically press-sandwiching the material between them and feeding the material by the mutual inclinations of the axial centers of tool parts. CONSTITUTION:A pipe material 4 with an inserted mandrel 5 is brought into press-contact with the rotating hollow-inner-faces of tool parts 1, 2, 3 which are in a state of eccentrically press-sandwiching the material 4 between them, and the material 4 is rolled while being rotated by the propulsion of mandrel 22 and the rotating movements of tool contacting faces 11, 12, 13 whose axial centers are alternately directed to the reverse directions. The tools are rotated by driving only the central tool 10 through a gear 17, and the waste of power transmission is reduced. Further, the whole body of rolling mechanism is made small in size and light in weight. |
