PURPOSE:To get a heat-resisting adsorptive disc strip which is superior in flexibility, abrasion durability, and airtightness, by forming a part of the adsorptive disc strip which is in contact with an adsorption base, of fluororubber or fluororubber latex, or vulcanized fluororubber in case that the other part of this adsorptive disc strip which is out of contact with the adsorption base, is formed of fluororubber. CONSTITUTION:An adsorptive disc strip main body 1 in form of a rubber elastic body, is composed of a composite of 100pts.wt. of vinylidene fluolido-hexafluoro- propene copolymer and 4.2pts.wt. of polyol system vulcanizing agent, 3pts.wt. of magnesium oxide, 6pts.wt. of calcium hydroxide, and 20pts.wt. of carbon black. It is formed by being molded in a die through vulcanizing at 150 deg.C, for 60min. This adsorptive disc strip 1 is superior in its moldability, the hardness is 72, the heat-resist is well against 250 deg.C, and superior in its tensile strength and stretchability. |
