PURPOSE:To ensure the safety in running of a vehicle provided with a vehicle level adjusting device, by controlling an electronic governor such that the speed of a vehicle does not exceeds a predetermined value after energization of the vehicle level adjusting device. CONSTITUTION:A speed change gear unit 10 is provided with a speed change gear sensor for detecting the shift position of the gear unit 10. An accelerator pedal 12 is provided with an accelerator sensor 13. An injection pump 17 is attached with an electronic governor 16 for electronically regulating the amount of fuel injection to control the rotational speed of an engine. When a vehicle level switch is turned on, if starting switch 14 is turned on the shift the speed change gear unit, a CPU20 controls the governor 16 in accordance with data from the gear sensor 11 and the content of a memory 21 to control the rotational speed of the engine with a predetermined rotational speed as an upper limit of the rotational speed of the engine. Further, the CPU20 also receives a signal from the accelerator sensor 13 to control the electronic governor 16. |
