PURPOSE:The titled polymer composition which has a high rate of crystallization into a type II crystal and an excellent rate of transition from the type II crystal to a type I crystal, containing a crystalline olefin polymer having specified properties. CONSTITUTION:Use is made of a radical-treated crystalline olefin polymer having a content of boiling p-xylene-insoluble portion <=30wt% and satisfying the relationship (wherein TcCL is the crystallization temperature ( deg.C) after radical treatment and TcO is the crystallization temperature ( deg.C) before radical treatment). Namely, 100pts.wt. crystalline polymer of 1-butene (or its copolymer with other 2-14C alpha-olefins) of a crystallinity of about 10-60%, a crystallization temperature of about 30-90 deg.C and an intrinsic viscosity of about 0.8-8 is mixed with 0.2-100pts.wt. said radical-treated crystalline olefin polymer. |
