PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a thermoplastic polyetherether ketone film good in lubricity, by mixing 100pts.wt. thermoplastic polyetherether ketone with 0.01-10pts.wt. inorganic filler, and making the resulting composition into a biaxially oriented film. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polyetherether ketone resin composition that is prepared by blending 100pts. wt. thermoplastic polyetherether ketone with 0.01- 10pts.wt. inorganic filler is made into a biaxially oriented film with lubricity and substantially made of the thermoplastic polyetherether ketone. The amount of the inorganic filler in the resin composition should be 0.01-10pts.wt., preferably 0.02-5pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. thermoplastic polyetherether ketone, and if the amount is less than 0.01pt.wt. the lubricity is unsatisfactory and if the amount exceeds 10pts.wt. the transparency decreases. The method of adding the inorganic filler may be the dry blending process, or other process using mixing machines such as a mixer, extruder, etc. |
