PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of heat conduction of an internal pressure liquid so as to shorten the vulcanization time of a tyre and improve the uniformity, by providing a guide member that is constituted in such a way that when a tyre is vulcanized the internal pressure fluid is distributed uniformly to each section of the tyre. CONSTITUTION:Ports 1a, 1b for a internal pressure liquid X in communication with a source of the internal pressure liquid are formed between a clamp ring hub section 3 and a clamp ring 4, and are provided with a guide member 10 through which the internal pressure liquid X can be injected into sections of a tyre W. The guide member 10 is composed of a cylindrical section 13 having a thread section 12 threadably engageable with the outer circumference of a base section 11 and a flangeshaped head section 14 having a prescribed gap 17 over the cylindrical section 13. The head section 14 is formed with a plurality of nozzles 16 in the outer circumferential surface thereof for introducing the internal pressure liquid X to the under section 15a and the lower section 15b of the tyre W. The central section of the head section 14 and the cylindrical body 13 is formed with a penetrating hole 13 fittable to the base section 11. |
