PURPOSE:To reduce the residual amount of processing material to a great extent by furnishing an excavating nail and a vertical excavation blade, whose top is covered with a swash plate, on the exterior wall of a rotary drum, which rotates oppositely to a screw conveyor installed at the bottom periphery of the external cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of nails 6 per arm 4 are installed at the undersurface of the arm 4 at the bottom opening of an external cylinder 1 in such a way as with shifted phase for each arm 4. The whole device is depressed according to whether the fluidity is good or not, or otherwise intruded to a certain depth, while a screw conveyor 2 and a rotary drum 8 are rotated in the opposite directions by their respective drivers with a specific speed ratio, and thereafter the marerial is loosened by an excavating nail 13 at the exterior wall of rotary drum 8 by means of horizontal movement so as to drop naturally to the part around the intake 14 and then scratched into the space between the screw 2 and rotary drum 8 by nail 6 and excavating blade 15. At this time, the vertical blade 15 and a swash plate 16 enclosing it will prevent splash and/or effusion from the intake 14. |
