NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I [X is C, or N; Ar1 is substituted phenyl having mono-, di-, or trihalogen, lower alkyl, etc. at 2--4-positions of benzene ring; R1 is group shown by the formula CnH2n (n=1-5, 6-15, etc. aliphatic), or phenyl; R2 is methyl, ethyl, etc.]. EXAMPLE:1-Acetyl-4-[4-(2-(4-, or 2,4-substituted)2-(1H-imidazolyl or 1H-1,2,4-triazolyl-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-dioxalan-4-yl)-methoxycarbonylpheny l]-piperazine. USE:An antifungal agent and a germicide. PREPARATION:An alcohol consisting of a compound shown by the formula II is reacted with 4-(4-acetyl-1-piperazino)-benzoyl chloride in the presence of a base under heating to give a compound shown by the formula I. |
