PURPOSE:To obtain three-dimensional fitting with metallic gloss by printing an optionally selected pattern on the upper surface of a thin metal layer using an ink composed mainly of cold or ultraviolet ray-curing resin and fixing the curing resin-applied portion and roughing the other shrinking portion of the thin metal layer, thus forming a relief pattern of the fixed portion, during thermoshrinking process. CONSTITUTION:A decorative shrinkable film skin 1 composed of a thermoshrinking base film 2 with a desired pattern printed using curing-type resin ink is formed in a cylindrical form so that it may be wound around the barrel 11 of a vessel, etc. If the film 2 is thermally shrunk, a cured layer 4 printed using a curing-type resin ink is fixed as it is. The base film 2 representing an unprinted portion thermally shrinks, sticking to the barrel 11 of a vessel 10. The patterned portion 4 printed using a curing-type resin ink is kept tense through the base film, so that it looks like a mirror surface and the other portion has a rough surface. Subsequently, the gloss differs because of irregular reflection, giving a relief pattern vividly. |
