The decompressemeter is intended to take into account the excercise of the diver and/or the temperature of the ambient medium to determine more accurately the optimum decompression program. Thus, the determination process in real time of the decompression program of a diver or a hyperbar worker comprises essentially: - measuring during exposure the time and the ambient pressure, - measuring and/or determining also during exposure at least one of the following additional parameters: 1) perfusion of one or a plurality of tissues, 2) heart flowrate, 3) pulmonar ventilation, 4) oxygen consumption, 5) heart pulse rate, 6) ambient temperature, - and deducing an estimation of the saturation stages of a diver and the appropriate decompression program.
