PURPOSE:To obtain a strong bearing power for a pile at the tip, by a method wherein a slot is excavated with an excavating appartus and the bottom of large diameter is formed in the excavated slot and cement milk is injected into the slot and after that, a concrete pile provided with an enlarging head is set in a settling state to be integrated with the cement milk. CONSTITUTION:Mud is consolidated inside the circumference of the wall face of a slot 12 by a pressure-applying cutter 6 and a stirring cylinder 9 for an excavating apparatus 1, and the slot 12 is excavated to the specified depth. Then, the bottom of large diameter is formed in the excavated slot 12 by reversing the excavating apparatus 1, and the apparatus 1 is pulled out injecting cement milk 10 to the bottom of the slot 12 through the lower end of a hollow shaft 3. And a pile 14 is set in a settling state in the created slot 12 on being rotated, and an enlarging head 12 is built in the cement milk 10 at the bottom of the slot 12 to be integrated and fixed together. As a result, a slot can be bored through ground of any soil very smoothly, and the sectional area of the tip of the pile is remariably enlarged, and a strong bearing power for the pile can be obtained. |
