PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a non-slip type V-belt differential device by providing two special double V-belt pulleys and two V-belts, and changing the movement according to a condition by combination of two pulleys and V-belts. CONSTITUTION:V-pulley outsides 7, 7' are integral with both ends of a transmission inside diameter shaft 5. A left V-pulley is formed by the V-pulley inside 3 and the V-pulley outside 7, and a right V-pulley is formed by the V-pulley inside 3' and the V-pulley outside 7'. Two, left and right V-belts 15 are used to transmit power to a passive side pulley. The V-pulley outside 10 is fixed to a passive side shaft 9, and V-inside pulleys 11, 11' are freely slided left and right by passive shaft spline grooves 12, 12', so that the same rotation can be always performed. This arrangement can achieve a non-slip V-belt differential rod capable of changing the motion according to a condition. |
