PURPOSE:To adjust the inductance of a reactor easily by butting a flat horseshoe type core leg and a yoke to a frame shape and forming butting sections to four positions. CONSTITUTION:A double annular laminated core is deformed rectilinearly and thermally treated, divided into two in the axial direction and changed into flat horseshoe type core legs 1, 1'. Yokes 2 for the double annular laminated core in which a directional silicon steel band and a steel piece are concentrically constituted spirally are deformed flatly to a prolate ellipsoidal shape and thermally treated. Windings 3, 3' are each wound on the core legs 1, 1'. The yokes 2, 2' and the core legs 1, 1' are butted to a frame shape. Accordingly, the inductance of a reactor is adjusted easily. |
