PURPOSE:To contrive to achieve the highly accurate measuring with an extremely simple circuit by a method wherein the weight of an object to be heated on a rotary securing table is detected as a vibrating frequency with a vibrating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A fitting frame 17 is fixed on the back surface of a heating chamber bottom surface 15, a block 18 is fixed on the fitting frame 17, plural plate springs 31 are provided in parallel on the block 18 with an interval, the other ends of the springs are fixed to a block 19. A magnet fixing plate 28 is unified to the block 19, a magnet 29 is fixed on the plate 28, a coil 30 is arranged to be opposed to the magnet 29. The weight of the object to be heated is applied to the block 19 via a rotary securing table. As the block 19 is supported by the plate spring, when the object to be heated is put on the rotary securing table, the object to be heated and the rotary securing table are instantaneously vibrated by the vibrating frequency according to the weight of the object to be heated and the elasticity of the plate spring 31. The magnet 29 is vibrated according to said vibration, a signal is generated by the coil 30, the signal is inputted to a microcomputer, then the microcomputer controls the output of a magnetron, heating mode, heating time and the like. |
