PURPOSE:To adjust the optical axis easily by shaking a mirror holder to adjust a reflection mirror only with angle adjustment. CONSTITUTION:The position of a reflection mirror 8 is placed at the intersection between an incident optical axis 1 and an exit optical axis 2 in the state where a projecting part 30 of a mirror holder 26 is pressed to and contacts with a spring shoe 25 attached and fixed to a housing 21 by an attaching screw 32. In this state, plural, for example, three adjusting screws 27 are moved forward or backward properly to shake the mirror holder 26 around the projecting part 30, and the angle of the reflection mirror 8 is adjusted by this shake of the mirror holder 26, and a fixing screw 31 is driven after this adjustment. The gap of a slit 28 formed in the spring shoe 25 is reduced by this driving of the fixing screw 31, and adjusting screws 27 are fixed unrotatably and are not loosened by an external shock and are held there. |
