PURPOSE:To make a cost-down of the product under a reduction of cost of component elements and a decreasing of steps of work as well as eliminating a tipping switch by a method wherein a float switch is provided with a function for stopping an operation of an oscillating element even in case of overturning of the device. CONSTITUTION:A resilient member 129 always biases a float 112 toward a bottom surface 130 in a water accumulation part under a recovering force. However, a buoyancy of the float 112 at a specified water level surface 114 is set sufficiently higher than a recovering force of the resilient force of the resilient member 129, and the specified water level 114 of the float 112 is restricted by a stopper 131 or the like. When the water feeding tank 102 lacks water and the water level of the water storing part 104 starts to descend, the float 112 is also started to descend under an influence of the recovering force of the resilient member and a gravity, the reed switch 115 is turned OFF at the position of 112B and then an operation of the vibrating element 105 is stopped. In turn, in case that the main body is fallen over a flat surface and the water in the water storing part 104 is flowed out, the float 112 is moved toward the bottom surface 133 of the water storing part 104 only with the recovering force of the resilient member and then the reed switch 115 is turned OFF and the driving operation of the vibrating element 105 is terminated. |
