Woven filter, used as a screen intended to be placed in front of a cathode screen. This plastic film 2 has two functions: 1. A mechanical function; 2. An optical function. This plastic film 2 facilitates the handling of the filter 1 which is stronger and it improves the optical quality; thus, by its molecular orientation, it has a correcting effect. It avoids the undesired interference fringes (moiré effects). The filter 1 is placed in front of the cathode screen, with its face comprising the translucent plastic film 2 on the side of the cathode screen, the other woven face 3, without the translucent plastic film 2, is disposed facing the user.
