摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive body which scatters effectively laser light and prevents interference by forming a conductive coating layer dispersed with fine particles having a specific average grain size or below and coarse particles having a specific size or above into a resin within a specific weight ratio range on a substrate and providing a photosensitive layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:The conductive layer dispersed with the conductive powder such as powder coated with SnO2 contg. Sb2O3 on the surface of TiO2 particles or SnO2 powder contg. Sb2O3 having <0.5mu average grain size, more preferably, the powder A having 1-100OMEGAcm specific resistance and coarse powder B of ZnO, BaSO4, Al2O3 or clay having >=0.5mu average grain size in the resin at 5:1-1:3 by weight is formed on the conductive substrate formed of Al or provided with an Al layer, etc. on an insulating substrate. A photoconductive layer is formed on such conductive layer directly or after an undercoating layer is provided if necessary, by which the elecrophotographic sensitive body is obtd. The light is thus effectively irregularly scattered by the conductive layer in the stage of recording an image by exposing with laser light. The generation of a fringe pattern on the image by the interference with the regular reflected light from the photosensitive layer is prevented.
