PURPOSE:To quickly stabilize temperature of flowing hot water for a preset temperature by continuously controlling driving means for urging a mixing valve corresponding to a detected temperature deviation by the first urging amount, and controlling the driving means to be stopped near the preset temperature. CONSTITUTION:If a temperature deviation found by deviation detection means 17 is larger than a preset value En+1 of the first deviation setting means 18, urging amount computing means 22 outputs the first urging amount F0 to driving means 13. When the temperature deviation is below the first preset value En+1, the urging amount for the driving means 13 is continuously reduced. When the temperature deviation is below a preset value of the second deviation setting means 19 near a preset temperature, the driving means 13 is stopped. Thus, a mixing valve is urged until it comes near the preset temperature to prevent the valve from going past or returning from the optimum position, that is, hunting, and to prevent the occurrence of large overshoot or undershoot in temperature of flowing hot water. |
