PURPOSE:To adjust the differential-movement restricting torque by operating a clutch mechanism with a difference by a hydraulic actuator and a hydraulic pump installed inside a differential apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The revolution of an input shaft 3 is transmitted to a carrier 33 through a pinion 6 and a crown gear 23. When each load of the right and left axles 11 is equal, the carrier 33 and the right and left bevel gears 19 in pairs are integrally revolve, and the right and left axles 11 are revolved at an equal speed. When a turning difference is generated between the right and left bevel gears 19, a hydraulic pump 27 is revolved by a gear 36 meshed with a gear 13 revolving with said carrier 33, and a piston in the cylinder of a hydraulic actuator 16 is pushed leftward, and the clutch plates of a clutch mechanism 18 are pushed each other. Therefore, the turning difference between the bevel gear 19 and the carrier 33 is suppressed.
