This device comprises, on the one hand, a stopper 1 extended by a threaded skirt 10 which is traversed by radial perforations 14 and equipped with inner axial ribs, and, on the other hand, a draining member ending in a threaded joining piece followed by a ring 28 for nesting in the skirt 10 of the stopper. The ring 28 comprises notches for interacting with the ribs of the skirt so that the screwing or unscrewing displacement of the threaded joining piece in the tapped hole of the wall 4 of the container integrally entrains the stopper 1 which is, at each rotation, pushed back inwards with a view to drawing-off or brought back into a leaktight-closure position. <IMAGE>
