摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a DC/AC type heat exchanger with a small number of manufacturing steps and a high manufacturing efficiency by disposing a plurality of tubular members each of which is composed of plastic moldings and provided at its inner surface with fins, mutually separately and substantially in parallel, flowing a fluid and also flowing another fluid having a different temperature in the direction intersecting the above flow of the fluid. CONSTITUTION:Tubular members 6 are disposed mutually separately and in parallel, and are fixed by means of a frame 7. The right-hand side surface of the frame 7 becomes an inlet port of a fluid B to be cooled, and the left-hand side surface becomes an exhaust port of the fluid B to be cooled. In the front of the lower part of the frame 7 is provided a fluid suction port 10, for example, and a cooling fluid A passes between tubular seats 6 which coming into contact in the direction of rectangularly the seats 6 intersecting the seats 6, and reaches the upper part of the frame 7 and discharged to the outside by absorbing fan 11. The tubular members 6 are plastic moldings which are formed at their inner surfaces with projections of fins 61. As a result, the heat exchange ares increases and the heat exchange capacity increases. The fins 61 function as mechanical reinforcements to decrease the thickness of the tubular members 6 and the presence of the fins 61 generates a turbulent flow to increase the heat exchange efficiency.
