PURPOSE:To completely and easily preform the deburring of the processed surface of a work and processing for the rough parts of the processed surface by turning a cushion roller obtained by arranging abrasive grains on the peripheral surface of each soft material with a faster peripheral speed than that of a workpiece conveying speed and allowing them to make contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:In a finishing device for the removal of secondary burrs produced on the processed surface among burrs yielded upon press-working an electromagnetic iron plate used as an iron core for an electric instrument and the processing for a rough part of the processed surface of the workpiece, when a punched piece 11 approaches the positions of cushion rollers 14a, 14b, abrasive grains 22 on the peripheral surface of the cushion material 21 make contact with the processed surface 12 of the peripheral edge of the punched piece 11. And, since the peripheral speeds of the cushion rollers 14a, 14b are set faster than the conveying speed of the punched piece 11, so that the grinding of the processed surface 12 is performed by the abrasive grains 22, thus enabling the removal of the secondary burrs and processing of the rough part to be carried out perfectly and easily. |
