PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the abnormality of printing control only by adding a simple check circuit, in a voting card dispenser, by comparing the content of the register in a printing head with fed-out data after printing operation. CONSTITUTION:The feed-out data to a thermal head 2 is simultaneously fed out even to the shift register 11 in a check circuit 10 and, when the data of a second line is fed out to the thermal head 2 after the data of a first line was finished, the data of the first line hitherto received in a shift register 5 is pushed out to be inputted to a shift register 13. At this time, the content of the shift register 11 is transferred to the next stage shift register 12 and compared with the content of the shift register 3 by a comparing circuit 14 and, if both contents coincide, an OK signal is returned to a printing control part 3 and, if not coincide, a NG signal is returned. The printing control part 3 stops printing upon the reception of the NG signal and discards the voting card (pari-mutuel ticket). |
