PURPOSE:To improve the resolution of the stopping position of a rod without microminiaturizing the pectinated teeth of the rod by coupling a digital stroke solenoid capable of moving at a binary stroke ratio to a stator coil unit. CONSTITUTION:A pulse motor unit 10 and a digital stroke solenoid unit 20 are integrally composed, the solenoid unit 20 has a plurality of solenoids, each solenoid has outer cores 21, 22, and is composed to slide in a cylindrical guide 17. This core 21 has coils 23, 24 and a core 22 has coils 25, 26. Cores 27-29 are provided on these coils, composed so that the cores 28, 29 slide by the excitation of the coils, the core 29 is secured to a connector 16 at the stator coil side and the stator coil unit 15 may move upon movement of the core 29. On the other hand, the core 27 is secured by a cover 30 which is mounted on the guide 17. |
