PURPOSE:To simply and reliably fix a door garnish by protruding a boss section on the back face of the garnish, inserting this boss section into the through hole of a board core material so that the tip section is projected, heating and softening this projected section, and bending it on the back face of the board core material. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 11a is formed at an appropriate position of a board core material 11 constituting a door trim core material for a car. On the other hand, a boss section 11a corresponding to the said through hole 11a is provided in one body at an appropriate position on the back face of a door garnish 10 made of synthetic resin. The boss section 10a is inserted into the through hole 11a, its tip section is projected to the back side of the board core material 11, the projected section is heated and softened and bent on the back face of the board core material 11, thereby the door garnish 10 is fixed to the board core material 11. In addition, support sections 10b are provided in one body with the door garnish 10, and these support sections 10b prevent the play of the door garnish 10 and fix it to the board core material more reliably. |
