PURPOSE:To prepare a marine paste product having a shape and a taste like those of crab leg, by forming given cut channels on a flat beltlike raw material for paste product, winding and bundling it, and cutting the prepared cylindrical material into a given length. CONSTITUTION:The flat beltlike raw material 1 for paste product transported by the belt 2 is sent to the longitudinal line carving device 3 and the lateral line carving device 6 (the blade 10 and the roll 11), so that the cut channels 4 at narrow intervals in the longer direction and the cut channels 7 at wide intervals in the width direction are formed. Then, the raw material is wound and bundled by the winding and bundling device in such a way that the cut channels 4 in the longer direction are put outside while feeding optionally the core material 14 from the nozzle 13 of the core material feeder 12 to the central part of the raw material, the prepared bundled material is cut into a proper length, to give a marine paste product. |
