<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by the formula [R<1> and R<2> each represent H, lower alkyl, the formula (CH2)nCOOH(n>=2) or the formula (CH2)nOH; the formula also represents the ones wherein N(R<1>)-R<2> is substituted with D-Ala, Gly-NH2, Gly-Tyr-NH2, Gl-Tyr-Pro-NH2, or Gly-Tyr-Pro-Ser-NH2). USE:An analgesic agent. PREPARATION:For example, dimethylamine and ether are added to an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide under cooling with ice, and further added and reacted with a compound expressed by the formula Z-Phe-ONp (Z represents benzyloxycarbonyl; ONp represents 4-nitrophenyl ester). Then after eliminating the protecting group thereof, the resultant product is condensed with an amino- protected arginine in the presence of a condensing agent. Further after eliminating amino-protecting groups of thus obtained product, the resultant product is condensed with an amino-protected tyrosine in the presence of a condensing agent, and the protecting groups thereof are further eliminated to obtain the compound expressed by the formula.</p> |
