PURPOSE:To enable the adequate winding of sleeve material, by a method wherein rubber sleeve material is arranged on a molding stand, and a mandrel is made to run on the molding stand based on its rotating motion, and above-mentioned material is wound on the mendrel successively. CONSTITUTION:A rubber layer forming material 5 in the inside of a rubber sleeve, an intensifying layer forming material 6 and the outside rubber layer forming material 7 are arranged on the molding stand 1, and the mandrel 2 which is formed with resilient body is made to run on the molding stand 1 along guide rails 4 based on its rotating motion. Materials 5, 6, 7 on the molding stand 1 are wound on the mandrel 2 by the friction force between the molding stand and the mandrel 2, and these materials are valcanized and adhered mutually while maintaining the wound up condition and becomes desired rubber sleeve. Hereby, rubber material will become possible to adequately winds on the mandrel, and desired rubber sleeve without generation of wrinkle and the like can be manufactured. |
