PURPOSE:To use economical elements and easily and stably attach the terminal pin by relatively rotating the terminal pin having particular shape and groove of drum core and then engaging the bending part of pin with the groove. CONSTITUTION:A terminal pin 1 provides the bending portions 1a, 1a which are formed in such a manner that both ends of U-shaped wire material are bent almost at a right angle and the end faces thereof are provided, for example, opposed to each other, while a drum core 2 provided with the grooves 4, 4 which engage with the bending portions 1a, 1a at the end surfaces of the one collar 3. The bending portions 1a, 1a of terminal pin 1 are placed at the end surface of collar 3 of the drum core 2, the terminal 1 and the drum core 2 are relatively rotated around the axial center of drum core 2 and the terminal pin 1 is inserted into the grooves 4, 4. The bonding agent 5 is supplied to the grooves 4, 4 in order to fix the bending portions 1a, 1a at the grooves 4, 4 and thereafter the coupling portion of terminal pin 1 is cut away. |
