PURPOSE:To attain calling easily even by a specific subscriber, e.g., a sightless person by adding a calling means by means of voice recognition to a conventional telephone circuit. CONSTITUTION:The specific subscriber 10 hooks off and inserts a voice recording medium 2. When the medium 2 is loaded, a registration voice read section 3 reads a registered voice of numbers 0-9 and transmits the information (hereinafter A) to a comparator section 5. The subscriber 10 inputs a call number from a handset in voice and when a voice reception section 4 receives all the dialed numbers, this information (hereinafter B) is transmitted to the comparator section 5. The section 5 compares the information A and B, and when they are coincident, the information is changed into a dial pulse signal and transmitted to an oscillation start section 6 via a signal line 101. The start section 6 starts the telephone set circuit 1 via a control 102 by the reception of a dial pulse signal and the circuit 1 makes transmission to the line 20. |
