PURPOSE:To enable to obtain an article whose quality is fixed in its specific gravity and thickness and to form continuously, by making catalytic gas flow through mixed raw material in a compressed state, which is provided in a parallel part of both conveyors and carried in the parallel part through the conveyer. CONSTITUTION:A mixed raw material M made by mixing a fibrous formation material and a binder is prepared. The accumulated mixed raw materials M arrive at a scraper 15 according to progress of a conveyer, which is smoothed and made into a constant thickness. Then the mixed raw material M arrives at a sloped state part K, which is carried while it is being placed between the first and second conveyers 3, 7, then the mixed raw material M in a compressed state arrives at a parallel part S which is obtained by narrowing a distance between the first and second conveyers 3, 7 in a fixed state and catalytic gas G is made to flow through the mixed raw material in a flow-through device R of the catalytic gas of the parallel part S. Then a sheetlike formed article MA in 2mm. thick which is obtained through curing the mixed raw material by the flow-through of the catalyst gas G is carried and sent out continuously through an outlet part 2A. |
