摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a reduced weight, increased strength and improved brazing characteristic, plating characteristic and workability by using an alloy formed by dispersing any among C powder, c fibers, C powder coated with SiC and C fibers coated with SiC into a Ti alloy at specific volumetric % as a core material, forming a specific material if necessary as an intermediate material thereon and cladding an alloy having corrosion resistance on the outside peripheral side thereof. CONSTITUTION:Any among the C powder, C fibers, C powder coated with SiC and C fibers coated with SiC is dispersed at 0.1-40vol% into the Ti alloy to be used as the core material to reduce the weight thereof and to improve the workability. The alloy of Cu, Ni, Ag, Au, platinum group or stainless steel group having corrosion resistance is clad on the outside peripheral side of the core material to prevent the difficulty of brazing by the high-temp. activity of the Ti which is the essential component. The deterioration of the plating characteristic by the secure oxide film of the Ti surface is also prevented. The joint strength between the core material and the sheath material is further improved if the material consisting of any of Ag, Cu, Ni or the alloy thereof is interposed therebetween as the intermediate material.
